Golden Corydalis

Corydalis aurea

An annual or short-lived biennial of Alberta's disturbed ground, burn sites, and gravelly soils. Clusters of small yellow tubular flowers with a curled backward spur above ferny blue-green foliage. Self-seeds prolifically to maintain colonies even though individual plants are short-lived.
