
Labrador Tea

Found in boreal bogs and muskeg across northern Alberta. Fuzzy leathery leaves with rust-coloured undersides have been brewed into a calming, aromatic tea by First Nations and Métis peoples for centuries. Use in moderation — contains ledol, mildly toxic in large quantities.
