Chinese Evergreen

Chinese Evergreen

Aglaonema commutatum

One of the most forgiving tropical houseplants — lance-shaped leaves patterned with silver, cream, pink, or red over deep green, depending on cultivar. Tolerates low light better than almost any other variegated plant. Native to the shaded forest understory of Southeast Asia. Slow-growing and long-lived; easy to share via division.
