A smaller yellow-green coralroot, blooming earlier (May–June) than Spotted Coralroot. Also mycoheterotrophic — no chlorophyll-based photosynthesis. Small pale greenish-yellow flowers with white lips. Found in wet boreal conifer forests and muskeg edges.
